Southend Rugby Club- Senior Team Manager

Southend Rugby Club are recruiting a new Team Manager to be involved within the senior set up. Not only is this an exciting job opportunity, but it is also a chance to be part of a highly motivated, professional and innovative group that has ambitions of being successful both on and off the field. As Saxons Team Manager you will:
- Work closely with the Director of Rugby and senior staff to assist in creating a high performance, inclusive environment that promotes success and enjoyment to both current players and the next generation of players moving up.
- Be responsible for the logistical matters ahead of and during senior fixtures including travel arrangements.
- Assist in publishing social media content, developing and managing team budget, schedules, travel and reporting.
- Liaison with players and staff sponsors, kit suppliers and other external partners.
- Ensure adherence with RFU Policies and Regulations.
- Co-ordinate player registration and relevant paperwork including contracts.
- Assist with off field event planning including communication with players and their families.
- Attend and minute all coaching staff weekly meetings.
- Assist in recruitment and player development planning.
- Assist in engaging with current and potential future club sponsors.
